Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki (American political advisor) was the 34th White House secretary. She held the post from 2021 until 2022. As a part of the Democratic Party, she previously was a part of the Obama administration as the White House deputy press secretary (2009) as well as the White House deputy communications director (2009-2011); the spokesperson for the United States Department of State (2013-2015) as well as the White House communications director (2015-2017. Psaki was a contributor to political campaigns to CNN from 2017 through 2020. Psaki began her professional career in 2001 when she worked on the re-election campaigns of Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki was later appointed as the press secretary's assistant in John Kerry's campaign for president in 2004. From 2005 until 2006, Psaki served as communications director for U.S. representative Joseph Crowley and as regional press secretary for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. In 2012, Psaki returned to political communications, serving as press secretary to the Obama reelection campaign in 2012. The 11th of February 2013 Psaki became spokesperson for the United States Department of State. [20] Her hiring at the Department of State fueled speculation that she would replace White House Press Secretary Jay Carney after he left the White House on May 30 the 30th of May, 2014 it was announced that Josh Earnest would replace Carney. She was named Communications Director at the White House and continued to continue to do so until the end of the year in 2015.
